Vanguard Imaging Partners, LLC.
Joe Brywzcynski has been named president and Chief Executive Officer. He comes to Vanguard from Good Samaritan Hospital and Premier Health Partners, where he served as vice president of Business Development. He has more than 22 years of healthcare managerial experience specializing in strategic planning, physicians relations and recruitment, sales and marketing, strategic construction, and ambulatory health service operations. Brywczynski, also a certified public accountant, has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, and masters in business administration from the University of Dayton.
Scott Buchanan was named controller and treasurer for the company, bringing more than 16 years of accounting and finance in healthcare to Vanguard. Most recently, he served as controller for Premier HealthNet. He has a bachelor of science degree in accounting and finance from Wright State University.
Mary Johnson, CRA, BS, RT, leads the operational team Vanguard Imaging Partners, LLC. With more than 25 years of experience in the radiology field, she comes to the company from Miami Valley Hospital and Dayton Children’s Medical Center. She graduated from Park College with a bachelor of science in healthcare management, and has an AAS in radiological technology from Sinclair Community College. She has also achieved the status of Certified Radiology Administrator by the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators in 2006.
Jeff Haas was recently named director of Information Technology and Facilities. He led development and installation of the company’s RIS/PACS systems; and possesses PACS Administration and Project Management experience with Kings Medical Co., Hudson, O., and Eastman Kodak. He has a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy; and masters in organizational development and change management from Kent State University.
Jeff Alcott, PHR, was recently named manager of Human Resources. He brings more than 12 years of training and development, and human resource experience to the company. He earned AA and AS degrees from Sinclair Community College, a bachelor of arts degree in business management minor in human resources management from Capital University, and PHR certification through the Human Resource Certification Institute.
