Vanguard opens center in Springboro.
Miami Valley residents who live and work in the south suburbs now have another option of where to go for radiology exams. Vanguard Imaging Partners, LLC, a partnership of participating local hospitals and local radiologists, has opened its sixth outpatient imaging center at 620 North Main Street in Springboro.
The 5,900 square foot Springboro location employs 10 full-time staff members and joins Vanguard’s other centers in Dayton, Beavercreek, Kettering, Lebanon, and Huber Heights. Vanguard plans to open another outpatient imaging center in Middletown later this year.
The Vanguard Imaging Partners, LLC centers offer the latest in diagnostic outpatient imaging technology, including high-field open magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), multi-slice CT, ultrasound, and x-ray. Each of the six current Vanguard locations may have a different combination of imaging options, tailored to particular community needs. Every Vanguard imaging center is set up too provide easy, convenient, personal service for the end user – the patient.
Vanguard developed the outpatient imaging centers in response to needs identified by a detailed market research study related to patient demographics, physician expectations, community needs and current providers. Local and national reports indicate that in the next five years, outpatient diagnostic imaging is projected to grow between nine percent and 12 percent per year, which signifies that the market is ready for – and in need of – convenient, locally provided imaging services. Vanguard saw the importance of offering imaging services closer to patients’ homes, making them more accessible.
