The newly emerging regional leader in outpatient medical imaging, Vanguard Imaging Partners, LLC (VIP), is being lead by President and CEO Joe Brywczynski. Joe comes to VIP after serving as Vice President of Business Development with Good Samaritan Hospital and Premier Health Partners. He has more than 22 years of healthcare managerial experience specializing in Strategic Planning, Physicians Relations & Recruitment, Sales and Marketing, Strategic Construction, and Ambulatory Health Service Operations. Joe possesses a BS in Business Administration, an MBA from the University of Dayton, and is also a Certified Public Accountant. |

Scott Buchanan, Controller and Treasurer for Vanguard Imaging Partners, LLC, brings over 16 years of Accounting and Finance in healthcare to the organization. Most recently, Scott worked for Premier HealthNet as their controller. Prior to this, Scott worked in public accounting as an auditor and health care consultant, and also worked in long term healthcare. Scott earned his BS in Accounting and Finance from Wright State University in June of 1994, and worked as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician with the Ohio Air National Guard supporting A-7D and F-16 fighter aircraft. |

Mary Johnson, CRA, BS, RT leads the operational team of Vanguard Imaging Partners, LLC. With over 25 years of experience in the radiology field, she comes to VIP from Miami Valley Hospital and Dayton’s Children’s Medical Center. She graduated form Park College with a BS in Healthcare Management, and possess an AAS in Radiological Technology from Sinclair Community College. She has also achieved the status of Certified Radiology Administrator by the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators in 2006. |

Jeff Haas Director, Technology and Center Development with Vanguard Imaging Partners, LLC. Prior to his role at Vanguard, Jeff served as a Manager with Charis Heathcare consulting in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, Jeff focused on the design and implementation of Radiology Technology solutions and guiding clients through Change Management projects. Jeff led the development and installation of VIPs RIS/PACS systems. He also possesses PACS Administration and Project Management experience with Kings Medical Company in Hudson, OH and Eastman Kodak. Jeff comes to VIP with a BA in Philosophy and Masters in Organizational Development and Change Management, both from Kent State University. |

Jeff Alcott, PHR, Manager of Human Resources with Vanguard Imaging Partners, LLC. Jeff brings to VIP over 12 years of Training and Development, and Human Resource Management experience. He earned his AA and AS from Sinclair Community College, BA in Business Management minor in Human Resource Management from Capital University, and PHR certification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (Society for Human Resource Management).
